Terms and Conditions





We offer a variety of difference courses, some with specific access criteria.  Before booking onto a course, please ensure you have familiarised yourself with the course content to ensure it meets your training requirements.  Please read these general terms and conditions alongside any course specific terms and conditions which accompany your chosen course.



Payment of the applicable fee is due at the time of booking. 

Course fees may be paid by cash, credit/debit card or cheque made out to Red One Limited.

Course fees may be paid by invoice where appropriate with full invoicing details provided at the time of booking.

Fees for room and/or facilities hire may also be made by any of the methods above.



Scheduled courses

Places are available on a first come, first served basis and secured by payment of the applicable course fee.

On-Demand Training Courses

These are booked with 3 weeks’ notice requested for the preferred course date and time. It may be possible for a course to be booked with a shorter notice period than 3 weeks; All bookings are subject to the availability of both a course trainer and a training vehicle for the date and time requested.  Alternative dates and/or times will be offered where the client’s first choice isn’t possible.

Where a course requires the completion of a booking form prior to attendance, this will be provided and should be completed and returned promptly as requested.

A course date and time may be reserved for up to 3 days to allow time to confirm the booking and arrangement payment of the course fee.


Room Hire

Room bookings may be agreed by telephone, email or in person. A booking form will be issued to the hirer to confirm the details of their booking.

Refreshments and catering may be ordered via Red One Limited – confirmation of numbers and any special dietary requirements will be required 7 days before the event to permit accurate ordering.

Any unusual or extended room hire times must be agreed with Red One Limited staff beforehand and noted on the booking form.

A full day booking will be between 09:00 -17:00

Red One Limited's property within the rooms is the responsibility of hirer for the duration.



Red One Limited – In the unlikely event that all or part of a scheduled training session is unable to go ahead for a circumstance beyond our reasonable control, Red One Limited will endeavour to offer an alternative date and time for the session.

Client – If you need to cancel your booking, we require 10 working days’ notice of cancellation.  Any cancellation giving less than 10 working days’ notice will be subject to a charge equivalent to that incurred or levied by Red One Limited for provision of the course place, the trainer and/or the facility as booked.  Any waiver of the cancellation charge for a cancellation due to exceptional circumstances will be at the discretion of the Red One Limited's management. This will exclude waiver of any costs incurred for materials or catering orders for the event which we were unable to cancel at source.

09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Thursday

09:00 – 16.30 Friday and Saturday
